We recognize the critical need to maintain inventory control and have designed our online program with strict attention to the chain-of-custody process. Kane Hospitality has developed Hospitality Trak™, a web-based tracking system that gives customers detailed real-time information on product during the different phases of a project. We communicate with all of the manufacturers, transportation providers, our own field staff, and our customers throughout the project. Hospitality Trak™ will track each individual purchase order and item number from the time the purchase order is cut, to the time the item is delivered to its final location.
No matter the form of transportation, air, ground or sea, our relationships and expertise are utilized to meet our customers’ demands while containing costs. Utilizing Hospitality Trak™, Kane Hospitality coordinates and handles all phases of transportation. As product moves from the manufacturer to the property, you can view and track transportation and cost, utilizing our web-based system in a real-time environment.
Our Hospitality Trak™ technology, enables us to track each item from the time it is received until it is placed into the hotel room. As product is received into our warehouses, items are cross-checked against the purchase order, bar-coded, and stored. Our national and international warehousing network includes climate-controlled facilities, restricted access, video surveillance, fire protection systems, and other specialty requirements. All of our facilities are regularly inspected to ensure compliance with strict quality assurance standards. Hospitality Trak™ affords the customer the option of placing an order electronically. Once the order is placed it is pulled, safely secured onto our trucks, and delivered, utilizing bar-code gun technology. By utilizing Hospitality Trak™ and bar-code technology, item and piece count discrepancies at the property are eliminated.
Kane on-site Project Managers have the skill and experience to work with outside vendors, schedule site deliveries, and coordinate with construction contractors, housekeeping and other hotel staff. Always available, our dedicated Project Manager will keep in close communication while helping to manage your FF&E and OS&E so you don’t have to.
Our professional technicians are experts prepared to correctly install furniture, fixtures and equipment the first time. Our specially trained staff – never casual labor – has performed thousands of installations specific to the hospitality industry; you will consistently receive the benefit of our experience. We know what it takes to get it right all the way from the truck to the room – You can count on it.
We understand your new installation can’t occur without room readiness. We will attend to the details, coordinate the removal of waste material and old FF&E, assist with the disposal or sale of your excess assets, and help resolve other outstanding issues. As a “green initiative” company, we prefer to recycle whenever possible and have contracts in place with reputable recycling firms.
Once securely at our warehouse, your OS&E inventory can be assembled into kits for delivery to individual rooms. Understanding that many of these deliveries are time-sensitive, this Pick and Pack service can be ordered directly on-line utilizing Hospitality Trak™ for delivery according to your schedule.
